Feature School - ST JOSEPHS PRIMARY

For the week of the App & Prize Party we are trialing something new. We will have a Feature School!!

St Josephs Primary School situated in Alstonville, AUSTRALIA has 220 students enrolled plus 18 students in the ASPECT Satellite Classes (Autism-Specific Special School) which are on-site.
More than 10% of the students enrolled at St Josephs have IEPs (Individual Education Plans) and all 18 of the students in the ASPECT classes have an IEP as well. This is quite a high percentage of kids with Special Needs kids to be at one school.

iPads would help these Special Needs kids and the rest of the students at St Josephs with their curriculum and allow them to have a bit of educational fun at lunch time in the Library.

St Josephs is my (Lisa M) childrens school. They are two of the children on IEP's there and when my third child starts there next year, she too will be on an IEP. My 3 kids have Autism Spectrum Disorders.
